called my 84 year old mother today mentioning landlines and HSBC. She's been made very aware of scams so he didn't get anywhere, but hasn't come up in any scam searches so a miniscule chance it could have been legit. Won't put money on that though

Indian sounding gentleman who said he was from Openreach and I needed to fix something on my router.
nTold him to get a proper job.

Said it was BT and my phone and internet were being terminated.

This phone number has called me a few times, previously when I pick it up, the person hangs up. Today someone spoke in a foreign language and I hung up.

Spam wont stop calling relentless

Called to speak to someone else. Told him no-one of that name ever lived here, and I considered his call to be a nuisance call. He then had the audacity to try a sales pitch! Slammed receiver down. Tried to return call to make a complaint, but constantly engaged. Www says company is bogus, so beware!

This number has called my 13 year old daughter s Mobile number 5 times today. I tell her not to answer calls that she doesn t know the numbers. Last one I answered & it was a man asking us to donate to green peace via DD over the phone. I politely told him to get lost & if he calls again I will report them to action fraud.

I found this number on my incoming calls list. When I tried to return the call a message said "Sorry, this number does not exist" It appears to be a spoofed number

This number has been calling for month, plus this number has been ringing me sometimes right after each other and it is a nuisance sometimes 6 or 7 times a day. Sometimes I answer this number by accident and recently I asked them to stop ringing and take my number off their list, which has never happened as they refused to do so. This number called the day my elderly dad s house was burgled. My dad has dementia and insists the two are connected, which basically screwed up the investigation and the burglars, who stole his TV, got off scott-free because the police couldn t get any sense out of him.

They call pretending they know you ve been in an accident to trick people who have actually been in accidents to divulge the details. When you tell them you haven t been in an accident they hang up immediately. Don t be fooled by these people.
