Left long voicemail that was just background, call centre noise. No idea who they are but if they don't leave a message then I'm assuming they're spammer or scammers.

This is a SCAM call. Calll claiming from (Indian sounding voice, poor line quality) BT saying that they have been monitoring my router and discovered security issues. Ask their name and report to your telephone service provider straight away. Make sure vulnerable people you know aware.
This number has been constantly trying to contact me since January 2014, I have now blocked them, I have the same problem as most others "they hang up as soon as you answer"
