Somehow the call lead to money being deducted from my account
Initially claimed to be from sky checking whether we were on the right tariff, after being challenged then said he was from UK tariffs. Cannot find any information on-line about this company. We just declined and hung up as sounded dodgy.
Allegedly Amazon calling, automated message about a charge for Amazon Prime, like so many similar calls before. I simply hung up.
Fonehouse sales number
Automated call. I didn’t speak on picking up My mobile, as I don’t know anyone in London. After about 3 seconds the phone hung up. No voices heard on their end, it just rang off. I’m having these hang ups 1–2 week. I don’t know why, I’ve Not had an accident or made any claims?
Called me at 1am
I received a call from this number 01793 540172, claiming that he is from EE and that there is a promotion going to reduce my monthly mobile bill and again he phoned up with another number 01997 617576. I checked with EE and there is No promotion at the moment. they are scammers.
SCAM Claimed to be third party insurer for car that hit mine. There has been no such accident. Gave no insurer name nor my name.

Scam number, said I'd been in a car accident and was owed £400k and they simply needed my debit card number, expiry date and the 3 digits on the back so they could "transfer the funds" to my account. When I declined to provide the details they told me I was "being a nerd".
