This is a good service from NHS. It is a reminder call about an appointment to remind you that you have one in the next few days or a call to say appointment has to be changed for whatever reason. Insurance, possible SCAM. Jimmy (Indian) called from Utility Hub to say that, because I hadn't made any callouts from my (non-existent) cover for a lot of things, I was entitled to a discount on my (non-existent) direct debit. He then passed me to Emma (again Indian) who, when I said that I couldn't trace Utility Hub , told me to see Heating and Home), whose website looks quite genuine. I listened patiently until she asked me to confirm my sort code, when I told her that she wouldn't get any bank details.
