There new one is that Nexbridge have brought numbers in my local area 01788 241684, no message left, crappy music and no answer on calling back, I am very angry as my daughter is ill and so I might get a call from a local number. An indian woman called me from this number saying she was a BT employee and could see from my account that I have issues with slow internet which I do. She said she needed me to run some diagnostics from my computer to check the issue my end. At this stage I felt it might be a scam so asked if I could have a number to contact her to validate that she was a BT employee. At that point she put the phone now on me.

You will only be called by this number if you have a Captial One credit card. It is there collections department. People rating this 9 are bad debtors and leaving poisoned reviews. I m rating 3 as even though they are a legitimilate caller, the volume of their calls can be tedious. To stop calls from this number, pay your bill on time.
