SCAM pretending to be my "network service provider"

SCAM Claimed to be from BT & there was a problem with my broadband & internet. Whilst it appeared to be from a local number the line was bad and he had an Indian accent. This is the second call I've had in a week 'looking' like its from a local number
SCAM! AVOID! REPORT ALL scam attempts directly onto the police fraud database. Google ‘action fraud’ and go onto the ‘police.uk’ site. Click on the ‘report a phishing attempt’ page and read through ALL the information. Then complete the scam report form. Provide full details including any link or internet address details in the free typing space. Registration is not required and no personal information will be requested unless you are reporting a fraud where you have lost money. Also report these details by

Indian man who claimed to be from EE then claimed to be calling on behalf of all major mobile carriers and listed Virgin, O2, Vodaphone etc, demanded repeatedly my phone bill. Sounded hostile and claimed to be offering a 40% discount. The sound of chatter could be heard in the background. Block this number. The British government really needs to do more to safeguard citizens from whatever fraud they had planned.

No one rings my landline but this one did today. The line was disconnected when my answer machine kicked in so I presume it a scam or phishing call. I’m am avoiding.

SCAM Received a call this morning, they claimed to be Amazon saying they had taken £3,000 from my account. Good luck with that! I told them that I didn't mind and that Amazon can have every penny that I own, then put the phone down.
