Called it back and just had music playing on other end
SCAM - Alex called about my faulty loft insulation. Told him the loft was fully boarded and insulation replaced. He cut the call without even saying goodbye. Another scam.

said was from virgin, to fix slow hub connection, log on to a www site, at which point I hung up!
Not a number that I recognise has rung several times very inconvenient.Do not know where they obtained our number as ex directory and privacy marker on BT phone
