Missed a call then checked 1471, it came up with 01482359333. I also had a voice message which said it was from Aleesha at Vocal Media, could I call her back on 01902 281998 regarding a PPI claim. I have never had PPI let alone put a claim in so I know this is false. Another scam getting people to call back to Premium Rate numbers. all these numbers are from the same cold calling company. The sooner the new legislation comes in the better.

Spoke russian, seemed like from some kind of company. I dropped the call immediately.

SCAM This number calls claiming to be EON and wanting you to renew over the phone, a contract you dont have. they fish for information then want to post you a new contract, which you will probably be entering into! scam. the number has called our business several times with different info each time. have reported it to EON

Another call from a scammer telling me he is from Virgin Media and the reason for his call is because I am having problems with my broadband he claims that it is running slow and that's why he is calling me today so he tells me to press the windows flag key and the letter R which brings up the run box as in the first picture then he tells me to type in eventvwr in the run box then press the OK BUTTON on the Run box which then brings up the Administrative events as in picture 2 then he tells me to highlight

I ve had previous call about windows scrappage scheme from this same number but today I ve had 4 calls before lunchtime, with the usual how many windows and doors have you got, we will give you money off spiel, when I said I m not looking to get it done I get the "maybe in a few years" they don t take no for an answer, he s already called back to say he will call when my husband is in, then he s called back and apologised for calling, then again but hung up, surely something can be done to block this number
