suspected scam or phishing - caller seeking info about "a minor accident recently". I declined to respond and caller hung up.
Robo call: "We ve been informed that you were in an accident..." etc. etc.
Scam call pretending to be from the HSBC fraud department. I hung up and called HSBC back on their real number (from their website), and they told me their fraud department had not tried to call me that day. The caller will ask for information the bank should already know and would not ask to confirm your identity (full name and postcode for example).

Indian woman calling - Posed at BT asking about my internet connection (I said I m happy with my connection and asked her to delete my number from their systems).
