You may be invited to go to this website htttps://web.yodelmobxoc.vip/ When I did a Bing Search this came up: "According to the search results, the website you entered is not related to Yodel, a UK parcel delivery company1. It is likely a scam or phishing website that tries to trick you into giving your personal or financial information23. I advise you to avoid visiting or interacting with that website. SCAM - the caller introduced herself as a representative of EE Promotional team offering new package deals. I've just spoken to EE at 150 number, they confirmed that they don't have promotions department and this is definitely a Scam.
SCAM. FRAUD. Be very alert. When asked what CITY they are in, they said Merseyside in St Helens. I had no idea 0161 belongs to that area. Always thought it belongs to the Manchester District.
Received a text which I believe to be a scam text message claiming that I should visit a website to claim my £400 entitlement for the new Government fuel bill discount scheme, yet my fuel providers have already previously stated that I need do nothing as the discount will be applied automatically without me having to claim it.
Message asked me to click a link to redirect a delivery I supposedly missed. This is clearly a SCAM
Claimed to be the Halifax Fraud Unit reporting debit card usage.
This number called me on 28.04.23. Supposedly, a message from my bank to inform that my debit card had been used for suspicious purchases. To cancel the 2 transactions and speak to an agent press 1, which I did. A woman with a very strong foreign accent requested my name, date of birth and address in order to make the cancellation. She then asked for my card sort code, which rang alarm bells. I told her that if she was calling from my bank she should already know that and I would ring them. She hung up.
