Called me by my first name. Told me they were calling regarding a refund on a loan I had taken out prior to 2011. I told them I hadn t taken out any loans. They said it was regarding a car. Told them I had no loans for a car. They said they must have the wrong details and rang off.

Looks like the caller came from Worcester coming from a subway café in that area just off the A38 automated voice said it was forwarding a BTelecom message very odd, hung up immediately
