Fraud From Elsa at Microsoft saying I had to go down to Reading office within the next 3 days to get my computer fixed due to error warnings. Now they are going to block my computer id

Called me saying they were from Carphone Warehouse. Told them no information other then my mother is the account holder and that I recently upgraded. The man on the phone practically demanded I listen to his deal. I said goodbye and hung up.
5 more calls to my mobile number in past 48 hours. None answered and no messages left.

i get called from number 01204329378 on a daily basis i get called from other numbers too, i dont know who they are because with these calls i usually check first on the internet to see what others have said when they have answered them and if they say its to do with selling, harrasment or scams i dont bother to answer it the next time they call more than once a day very annoying
