Very unintelligible caller. The exact purpose I could not understand and I just said "no" and I hung up. The try it but again and again, but fortunately you can be blocked numbers.

I answered and a English lady in what sounded like an office like background noise explained she was calling from the Advisory centre or service. Scam!! I had a call from this number where an automated voice told me that there was legal action being taken against my name for fraud and that a warrant was out for my arrest. It said to press one to hear more of the details but I looked the number up first. When I rang the number back, it was an automated voicemail entirely in Spanish (the original message was in English). Looks like a massive scam to me. This one could be dangerous to vulnerable people. Beware.

Automated call claiming to be HMRC investigating a fraud and threatens issuance of arrest warrant if you don't speak to an agent. When challenged, the "agent" hung up.

This was a recoded voice and the script sounded very dubious. I was asked to call them back immedicately about something to do with excise and customs, and that it was very time sensitive. Definitely sounded like a scam. Needless to say, I did not call back.
