SCAM / SPAM Just had a guy call from 02081610220 and say there are problems with free insulation I had installed a couple of years back and said they needed to come round and survey it. Then asked if I was a homeowner. I said he would know that if he was who he said he was and what company is he calling from - he immediately hung up!!!

Asian caller said he was calling on behalf of Microsoft customer support and that my computer was infected with malware and was being used for illegal activity. Said they would disable its licence within the hour, then 5 pm, then midnight. Tried to get me to allow remote access to it and got a tad shirty when I refused. Would not listen to me without interruption and called back a number of times when I hung up. Nasty.
