Received numerous calls from this number, called back from an alternative line and got a voicemail message saying it is a company called Claims Professionals (PPI), and if I wish to remove my number from their database to call another number. Blocked them as unsolicited and clearly a phishing call.

Scammer, Stated Computer had a virus.
"I'm Patrick, the energy adviser for your postcode." Are you going to tell me that my loft insulation is rubbish? Patrick? Are you there? Oh dear - he's hung up.
I say trustworthy as they are a genuine debt management company but they get your number passed to them (paid for?) if you are turned down for a loan due to past bad credit. It is, therefore, a cold-call situation and you should proceed with due caution.
