Female called Lauren contacted my mother (70 s) to sell service to stop unwanted calls (ironic). Very persistent and aggressive selling manner.she used the old trick of assuming my mother wished the service and went straight for her bank details. Thankfully my mother did not pass any. Lowest form of scum these people no better than bogus callers who steal from the elderly.

Female foreign accent says she is from “ The National Refund Department !!”. I refused to let her speak to Mr X ......the phone owner. She hung up. Just another Scam call. Also received calls previous days from 7480 048540. Same scam.

Automated message claiming a criminal case against me has been opened.
Have been ringing me for days and finally caught me out when I answered. Said their records show they could save me some money on my mortgage! Bearing in mind I’ve just tied in to a fixed rate with a completely different bank to see how and told them so, then he asked what I’m paying in insurance premiums and when I said I’d really rather not say, he just hung up! I’m never rude to those people so why they feel they can be rude to me when it’s them that has invaded my privacy riles me! Something really sh
