This was a call from First utility whom I am a customer with for my electric and gas. They were quite persistent with their calling into I finally spoke to them. They were trying to hook me into a new tariff. It then got a bit frustrating, they said they wanted to tell me about their new tariff as mine was due to expire. I agreed as this was the case. However the lady refused to tell me until I answered the security questions, one of which was my address. I explained that I did not see the relevance of givi

Being used by fraudsters
Said they were from people opinion survey, told them I do not have time to talk to them because I m at work and they just put the phone down. Rude. Reputable companies do not put the phone down on you like that so most likely a scam don t give them any info or confirm anything.

Fraud tried scamming my elderly mother
Think it’s a SCAM but didn’t listen for long enough to be 100% sure. An extremely thick accent that couldn’t speak very good English claiming to be from BT talking about problems with Internet access and slow connection.

Fraud. They said my Amazon prime account had been reactivated and id been charged £79. They wanted me to download an app to apply for the refund. I ended the call. And continuous calls came after it. It was a remote access app. Do not download!!!
