they have called twice, first time silent and I hung up . Next time asked me to verify my name which they got slightly wrong. I said I was not that person and they hung up

SCAM. This number called at 13:00 hrs today and did not leave a message. I don't know anyone in the callers area and anyone who can't be bothered to leave a message having paid to make a call is probably up to no good. Therfore I believe this is a scam number??

I ve worked there, Sabrina is fit as faf btw. It s openreach who manage the lines perhaps if you took 20 seconds of your time to google that rather than vent your frustration online you d know that. Got to confirm you ve got a mobile for the call (£5 a month a discount.) You kept her on the line? you realize you re allowed to hang up. she s not. Scam? You ve got line rental and broadband with two different providers, it s the the 21st century, no one even does that anymore so how bad can a package be? Also
A computer voice told me I had a lawsuit filed against me and gave me a file number (K901297) with a contact number to call. Which I have now deleted.
Fast talking person, hardly understandable. Trying to sell financial 'something'.
Unsolicited call. The caller claimed to be my policy advisor. I asked what company and what policy. All I got in response was "i'm your policy advisor". I hung up. 15 second call. Definite scam.
