Fraud. He called at 10:10 AM on March 26, 2021. He introduced himself as being from the Gas Company and tried to obtain strictly personal information about my family.

SCAM / SPAM Fake Virgin media scam marketing call. Trying to make you think you have problems with your router, which isn't possible with me as a) this is a work line, b) my work/nor me have any connection to Virgin Media.
Supposed to be from Telephone Preference Service. Confirmed address which they knew, they then asked for the expiry date of "your VISA card" and passed me on to the "Chief Manager for TPS", he asked for some more details at which point I put the phone down. It rang several times, I ignored it.
