Called and kept trying to tell me that I had a PPI claim due for either a credit card, over draft, loan or mortgage from 2012. None of these apply to me at all but she wouldn?t have it! Very persistent and doesn?t let you even answer the questions before talking over your again.
I paid to advertise with this company they never printed my advertisement and kept my money I spoke to the telesales agent Calum Mackintosh who cold called me and he assured me I would get a refund from the MD Mathew Walker if I called back later. I rang and spoke to Mathew Walker who sounds like an illiterate he refused my refund made up a tissue of lies and excuses and said he actually cant issue refunds and the BOSS will call me.......still waiting!! Automated call about mis-sold packaged bank accounts . Option at the end of the call to press 9 to have your number removed; however, I did that last week and have received the same call twice since then. Automative message said criminal crime and police investigation added against to your name, and than said if you want to have more information about it press 1. I didn`t press 1. I think this is a scam and i beleive if i press one probably I proved access to my phone.
Like everyone else on here, I keep getting phoned about a debt belonging to someone I ve never heard of. I phoned them back, and they agreed to remove my number from their system - but I ve just received another one. They are stressful and very inconvenient.

Didn’t take the call on my landline but they left a pre recorded message informing me that my card had been used in a foreign transaction twenty minutes before and that I should press 1 to stop it. I rang the number from my mobile a couple of times and each time got the busy tone. I reckon it’s a poor attempt at a scam.

The bank would never phone u with an automated call and not identify themselves and ask u to press numbers like this. This is so they can get access to ur details. These people r TOTAL SCUM.
