Silent call . I waited a few minutes then line disconnected. Phoned number back. No such number! A lot of silent calls just lately from various places!

Automated call apparently an automated call from Amazon. I have no dealings with Amazon but am constantly bombarded with theses calls
Indian Guy claimed to be from 'save the day'. Kept trying to get me to say yes, and I wouldnt. He also wouldnt tell me where he got my number from.
Automated voice saying i p address been compromised in several countries press 1 to get technician. 2nd call in two days.
Surely to goodness someone, somewhere, has got to put a stop to this. Who is paying for all these claims? Us, in our high insurance costs of course. It is pissing me off, big time. Stop phoning me - I was not hurt, but it is getting to the point where perhaps I should claim just to stop these calls. Two bleeding years I have been fending off these damned nuisance calls.

19 Oct 2021 - Scam recorded message from 'your internet provider' saying my IP address had been compromised. Message asked me to press 1 to 'resolve this problem'. Reply
SCAM I tried calling this number back and the line was dead.
received call in an American accent to say thank-you for placing order for £399 with Amazon. As I do not use Amazon terminated the call immediately.
