This number has been phoning everyday or at the very least every other day for the last month or more. I never answered until today. I answered the call but did not speak and the caller did not speak and hung up. Jyst another nuisance number which will be added to my phone call block list
This number called me at 15.50 approx today 20/07/23...I allowed him to answer and he said he was from Vodafone about my account ..i do have a Vodafone account but I wouldn't let him speak .I just said no thankyou and turned him off ...I thought if it that important they can send me an email

Indian Lady Caller, said she was calling about my boiler maintenance. No mention of which company she was calling from. Told her to get lost and put phone down.

Called me whilst laughing down the phone, then asked for my name. To which I replied "are you serious mate, you called me". They put the phone down and continued to call and hang up. On a Sunday evening at 6:15.

This must be an HMRC scam; when you connect a recorded voicemail advises you're suspected of tax evasion and can press '1' to learn more about this before legal action is taken. To get as much information about the scam as I could knowing I wouldn't give any details up I pressed 1, was put through to a call centre, I advised this felt like a false call so far so could I please confirm who I was speaking to - the agent simply said 'well you can handle this at court then' and hung up the line.
Never had an account with sp. Don t even know how they got my phone number yet they re constantly calling and asking I pay a debt of over £1000 for an address i have never even hear of. Told them they have wrong number yet still get phone calls up to 6 times a day.
