Scams, avoid!
My phone shows this number calling me often. However, since I invested in a reconditioned BT8500 Advanced Call Blocker Phone and Answering Machine I have NEVER had a nuisance call get through. I can see that calls have arrived if I check my call log, but they are all dealt with without the phone ringing. And, no, I do not sell these phones - I m just glad that I found it.

I got 2 short calls and before I could pick up they stopped. I don't know this number or anyone I know personally who would have this number.

called by this number this morning - call centre noise in background - caller asked for me by name - i asked him where they got my number he said they work in conjunction with the motor insurance board re accidents - when I said I hadn t had an accident he hung up
Answered and was a computer then a man answered the phone saying he was from a claims company
SCAM / SPAM this number called saying they are from Microsoft and that my computer is sending them messages that ut needs updating. Please could i turn on my computer and enter what they tell me to stop this and update it. When i began questioning it they hung up.

Been called four times a day for the past three days from yhis number. Every time is a different scam. First they said they were my bank. Second time they were M&S, third they were trying to "make my computer secure" because they could see it had been accessed from Africa. The scams never end. Finally I said "you do know you re ringing a neighbourhood police station don t you?" And the caller hung up and so far hasn t rung back!

Have been away for work reasons for 2 days - just got to 11 missed calls in 2 days! Rang nimber back and spoke to hammonds customer ordering - told them asking for a brochure was a huge mistake and now wont be placing an order! And to remove me from database!
