Rings every other day, sometimes twice a few minutes after the first ring, I never pick up I let it ring but it never leaves a message.

Over 100000 people have reported this number on other sites, like this one, which are probably in on it and do nothing. If this was a public petition they would be able to send this to the Government by now - but nobody does anything. Imagine how many demented old people there are - they re getting these calls and being robbed!

SMS message saying the Council owed me a refund. I did click on the link (foolishly) and input my name, DOB, address, Tel.no., email address and mother s maiden name. It didn t like my email address so it went no further after that. I have notified my local Council.
