I did 1471 to gain No. The No. was supplied by 24 Seven Communications Ltd as of December 2009. Therefore someone is either buying or using an old batch of numbers for Fraudulent purposes.

Call center for Learning Curve . They have your number if you have ever searched or done the starting process for one of the 'free Level 2 courses' with government funding. The company are legit BUT beware the 'free' government funding claim - it is funded, but, from your adult learning grant which is means tested, they need all your income details etc and a £125 fee if you do not complete the course.
I cancelled an order for wrinkle cream but they still took £87+ from my account. Now I have to contact their C.Services. Wish me luck!
