This is a banking claims line. They are offering to help recoup costs from banks like a reward account.

SCAM / SPAM Hung up when I answered.
Fraud, claims to be calling from sky regarding my broadband, claims my router is sending them some sort of warning that there's a fault they need to fix. I'm not with sky, they didn't know who I was, it's a scam trying to get money out of you to fix your broadband. I have had numerous calls from these people and when I tried to question them and they realised I was suspicious they put the phone down. Do not engage with these con artists.
