SCAMMERS: Really annoying, keep blocking but they use a different variant of number to keep going on. I presume an AI call system which connects to human operator (not great english speaker though) to harrass one if one answers. I know where i would like to stick their telephone and AI call system!

08452867318 has called a few times. I picked up this time, girl asked for someone of a different name, then said well if you're a homeowner I can help you anyway & launched into solar panel selling. When I said I'm not interested, she still persevered so I hung up. Grrr.

This number and many others have been calling me for a couple of months. The company is Beneficial Opinions (http://beneficialopinions.co.uk/). I have asked to be removed from their database every time they call (sometimes 4 times a day) but to no avail. I have also called them back and the message says that due to a technical failure they are unable to answer my call but if I would like to be removed I could call 0161 360 0000 which i did. Fingers crossed this will work. Next step is to report the to the T

Seems to be used for some telemarketing call center - this range of numbers 1618142xxx (common feature, they use more numbers of the same range) is mostly reported with PPI, insurance claims, financial marketing. Just block it if not interested (I use the app from these pages, no problems) Folks did they call you with the same or something new?
Received a call from this number regarding a car accident I had two weeks ago. A man with a scouse accent said the name of the company so fast I couldn't catch what he said. He knew my name but when I asked where he had got my details from he said Zurich insurance, except I'm not insured with Zurich either directly or indirectly. I put the phone down. Scam / ambulance chaser. Ignore / do not answer call.
