This number has called me a number of times don't speak just silence for approx 2 minutes.

You will only be called by this number if you have a Captial One credit card. It is there collections department. People rating this 9 are bad debtors and leaving poisoned reviews. I m rating 3 as even though they are a legitimilate caller, the volume of their calls can be tedious. To stop calls from this number, pay your bill on time.

This is the main switchboard number for Wigan Council

Black Pearl PPI claims. They use loads of different numbers with various area codes to catch people out.

It is obvious that the firm making these calls is also manipulating this forum. Both are equally shite. In my case they have a pretend-itslocal pseudo number. Jail for you soon. Not soon enough.
