"No I'm not! I'm calling you from Sky to organise a refund!" I told him That I was sorry, that he his a REALLY stupid lying theif! Rang 11 times yesterday. Called them back several time on Skype today (am working abroad and didn t take any of their calls). It s some agency of The Carphone Warehouse. Each time I press button 2 when it says do that to speak to an operator. Then after about 15 seconds of Chopin s "Minute Waltz" it says "Goodbye" and hangs up on me.

Had a call from them a few weeks ago after i filled in one of those cards after my holiday to spain, they were offering £15 M&s vouchers for a sleep survey, was not interested and asked to be put on their do not call list. lady who called said no problem, and have had no calls since, at they do as they are asked!
