They now have a new number - 0800 4 11 88 99. Like many others I took out 3 years cover on a machine I no longer have. Tried cancelling over the phone but was informed I had to write in to obtain a refund. Did that a week ago but no confirmation of received so I tried phoning several times this morning but after seven minutes a voice says "Goodbye" and the call terminates. Judging from the ringing it is on a hunt group but nobody picks up. Looks like CAB is the next stop.

Very difficult to get them to drop the number, and I think when they do, they pass your number to another of the same type of scum.
