We had exactly the same situation happen as described above, Sarah Parker was incredibly aggressive and rude to both myself and my Director on numerous occassions when we tried to question her over her fictional invoice, when i asked to speak to her manager she hung up on me. She is also using the mobile number 07546892327.

SPAM. Asking if I had been in a car accident recently which wasn't my fault.
The automated voice stated they were from HMRC and that there was an injunction placed on my property - the automated voice said to press 1 to continue. I ended the call.

Checked with BT, this a foreign call centre who are using a UK non existent number hoping you will pick it up...

SCAM This is a scam number, when answered, it plays a voice recording claiming to be the national crime agency that your NI has been suspended due to a fraud investigation against you. These scammers must be really stupid if they really understand what is the purpose of NI!

SCAM I believe. Foreign voice talking about Amazon Verification . THis was a call from my local area Southport which put me n my guard and I put the phone down and blocked the call
My husband passed the call to me as it related to my washing machine insurance renewal so I did not hear any name or how the call started. He did rather a hard (and fast) sell with a reduced annual figure but taking 3 years immediately. He seemed to have details of my current annual figure. I checked with D&G who deal with the insurance and they did not recognise the phone number as belonging to anyone working for them.
