Got a call from a guy who said he was calling from online support technologies on behalf of Microsoft because they had identified errors on my computer. When I said I d googled his company and couldn t find it he claimed that he was part of Online Support Ltd. Later in the call he said he was called Chris Gardner. He claimed he knew the clsid of my computer and tried to talk me through getting the clsid so that he could get it from me. He said it would cost ?490 to fix the errors on my computer. I said my
