said they were from 'the renewals department' and that they 'represented' [a list of big companies] - I smelt a rat when they said that they could get me a better deal, but could not say who I was with etc. would like to find out (and expect to) how they got my number - one I NEVER gave out before I bought furniture from IKEA last week.
