Sent an email to Farnell support, they contacted me back on this number.

I am now being plagued by calls from this number for a person and debt I know nothing about but have also been receiving letters from the same company. Strangely, although the number is the same, the company hounding me are Buchanan, Clark and Wells or BCW Group as they prefer to be known. After calling from that number they immediately try again from a withheld number as if I m stupid enough not to realise it is them.
Called mobile, when I answered asking who it was calling etc. dropped call. Clearly the usual PPI rubbish.
