Claims to be from Microsoft support and says that my computer has a problem and they need to fix it. From past experience they ll probably ask for access to your computer, and to persuade you they ll tell you to look through the registry on the computer and they ll tell you what number is stored in one of the keys to prove that they know there s a problem. Called claiming that my Beko Washing machine’s Insurance is expired and needs renewing. I do have a Beko washing mashine , but i bought it secondat hand and has never been insured. The lady on the phone did know my name and address though, i wonder how?
