Call from a telephone blocking service. He asked if I received nuisance calls. I said yes plenty but he didn t understand the irony and pressed on with his script. I asked where he was based. He said 70 Margaret Street London which is the HQ of the Telephone Preference Service (TPS) (Note that the caller was NOT from the TPS). I asked him the name of the nearest underground station at which point he terminated the call.
Silence when answered - I consider this to be harassment.

They’ve been calling me at least times a week now for about a month, every time I pick up they just hang up!! Time to block it I think.
Said I'd get my £173 back in 40 days but 40 days later still waiting and now can't call their number as they've blocked my number. Thing is police still letting them trade and scam people! !!!

Like other feedback here, supposedly BT IT support claiming I was being hacked from California. Logged on to BT and no such call ref as the one quoted. I never gave my name or IP address and caller could not tell me either! Caller hung up when I queried
