Called but nobody there when answered

I recieved this yesterday and the only people who have this email address are a recruitment company and a CV company. Anyone else used either of these recently?

Called three times between 10am and 10:13am. Did not leave a message. No idea who they are as I didn t answer.

Automated voice advising me £700 had been paid on my Amazon account and it was suspicious. Press 1 to speak to an advisor. Checked my Amazon account. No such purchase. Scam call
First call very polite young person! Followed by an aggressive impolite man, he didn t like you interrupting his banter! And when I said I am terminating this call his words to me were .... Oh dear is that because you can t you own way! I put the phone down only to have him return the call which I duly cut off! I dialled 1471 found the number and tried to make a complaint but it went right back to him and he refused to put me through to anyone else and was abusive again!!!!

Who called me but left no message

SCAM Telling me, my national insurance number has been compromised. And they may take action against me.
Received a couple of calls from the number, but no message was left. However, since it weren t suspiciously many, I actually called back. It was RBS/NatWest card services and in my case they called because of a problem with a direct debit, which we were luckily able to resolve rather quickly.
They said that bank account and national insurance number have been suspended. They are located in Russia, more than clear it’s fraud.
