David from "the RTA Team at First Contact" called me a few weeks ago. I answered and he was very aggressive trying to convince me they were dealing with my claim. As I do actually have a claim going through at the moment I was unsure in case it was legitimate but he reacted extremely negatively to me a) asking him to repeat the business name as I wasn t sure I d heard him correctly and b) saying I wasn t willing to reveal my personal details as I did not know the company. This number caled my mobile but I didnt respond as didnt recognise the number. nI suspect it may be a scam number as cant seem to find anything plausible on it.
