Fraud ... claims to be amazon asking you to choose options about your payments. All start 079066419xx up to 1948 so far. Same thing. Don't press options, contact Amazon yourself and ask if they've tried to contact you.
Early morning calls two days in a row Fortunately my iPhone set not to allow unknown callers before 8.30 so comes up as missed call. Checked here and now blocked
Trying to get bank account info out of elderly person. Claim to have spoken to her about an order they are sending her. Complete lies and very persistent. Keep ringing even after they have been told not to ring again. Initially said they were from The Health Company , which does not appear to exist. Latest caller refused to identify who they represented when asked and just gave a first name. 1471 was answered by a French language answering machine service.

HMRC is aware of an automated phone call scam which will tell you HMRC is filing a lawsuit against you, and to press 1 to speak to a caseworker to make a payment. We can confirm this is a scam and you should end the call immediately. This scam has been widely reported and often targets elderly and vulnerable people.
