Just rang me I didn't pick up, keep getting dodgy calls mainly today this number, obviously a spoofing going on!
SCAM / SPAM Caller claimed to be a local government surveyor and knew the property address. He put the phone down on me when I told him I was the homeowner's carer. Reported to Action Fraud

Auto robotic voice claiming to be from tax office and saying to press 1 to speak to someone or will be arrested!
Answered the call with a lot of background noise (call centre) - caller put phone down
Attempted to defraud me by claiming my National Insurance Number had been used in fraudulent activities.
Answered, waited for 10 seconds, lady asked me who I was, said that she should know as she called me, told me I had called her twice this morning
Incomplete number so definitely a scam. Ignore it as you probably can't block it.
