This number rang my wife,s phone on 21/06/2022 .The number rang out three times and then hung up. A similar number +94938591709 rang my phone the following day 22/06/2022 and rang out three times and hung up. i believe they are suspicious numbers.

Some one called on my partner's mobile phone - a number that she shares very rarely if not at all. Toby, the caller, announced that my partner had won the lottery, to which she responded, "Oh, really? Do you want my banking details?" At which point 'Toby' hung up. It is interesting to note that we are currently job-hunting and one of the people that responded to that, on my partner's email, goes by the same name, representing am employment agency. Tried to ask about my (non-existent) life insurance, but couldn't even tell me my address, just the street name.
I think it is a sub-contracted call centre (why it might sound disingenuous?) of sales people for Sky broadband or agents on commission from Sky. They did indeed do a realtime broadband speed check on what they could offer compared to Virgin, which shut them down. It was easy then to end the call. Call center
