This number calls on average once a day - to a business number. I press 9 as instructed to remove from database but nothing happens. As Robbiefan says if you press 5 to speak to someone they just put the phone down on you when they realise there is nothing in it for them.

SCAM Persistent automated calls claiming to be from 'your internet provider' (immediately an obvious scam as your own internet provider would identify themselves!) then threatens disconnection due to illegal activity on the account. Automated dialing call, when answered caller hung up and therefore a scammer.
Answering this number gives rise to a recorded message threatening legal action and arrest for tax evasion, and an option to press a number for further action. I rang off, but this looks like a dangerous phishing call that is after personal details (banking details). As it comes from a Westminster landline it should be easy to trace and shut down. It should be investigated by by the police.
