SCAM Call 30/3/21 at 14:44. Clearly not the 0118 Reading UK source it looks like. Recorded female voice supposed to be security department of Amazon! Something about a purchase made by me for £1000 plus being taken from my account today.. Did I want to cancel purchase, press 1 or press 2 to speak to adviser etc. etc. All complete rubbish as I avoid Amazon on principle for their policies, especially re Tax. This is a loan broker - They actually did leave me a message which I appreciated. And I did make an enquiry about a loan so I have no issue with the way this company works. I didn t speak to them, just ignored the call as usual but listened to the message and the person didn t really sound like a blood thirsty sales man. Interestingly since making the enquiry - I have received well over 50 calls and this is the first to leave a message and the number was not unknown when they called.

SCAM Called about internet speed, this one claimed to be BT. Many calls last few weeks, sometimes claim to be Virgin, want to know speed, ip addr5ess and probably more. I string them along until they realise I am wasting their time, they then hang up abruptly. This one was not very polite.
Getting calls from 66 ppi saying there trust advsiory when said not interested they dont take no for an answer i just hung up on them fed up getting calls from them everyday very annoying

I had a call from populus survey yesterday and told them it wasn t a good time and they said they would call back. That was from number 0345 313 0337. Just had a missed call from the 0191 number everyone is talking about. I called it back and it says the number does not exist. Glad I googled it as had not connected the two. I will block both numbers to see if it does the trick.
