SCAM call from Indian scammers. Told me they are from Carphone Warehouse and have a free handset upgarde on my contract, they just needed my bank accound details and debit card details to verify me.....Do not answer just hang up.
Got a recorded voice claiming whoever-they-are have been "authorized to suspend my National Insurance number". Obvious scam, or phishing attempt. Blocked & reported.

Sounded like a recording to do with government PPI? Just put the phone down.
Debt management co. As bad as ppi etc. Very annoyed at calls. Reported several times to telephone preference co.

AS with other comments caller wanted to speak to our MD about a urgent financial matter that couldn t be discussed with anyone else. Tasha at CFS business recovery. An obvious giveaway for these types of calls is to ask them to spell the company name phonetically. If they use other words that are not the standard phonetic alphabet then they haven t received the training a proper company would give. CFS was spelt out Charlie, Freddie, Sugar by the caller not Charlie, Foxtrot, Sierra.

Have been called 4 times in 6 days from this number. It appears to be some form of insurance and once I said that I was on the preferential call list he put the phone down!
They called and knew my name. Claiming they were a partner of Google and wanted me to buy advertising. Very rude and aggressive, avoid!
