09.40 21-3-23 phone call from 01204363677 from the start female voice very distorted till near the end of short "conversation" fine of £90 was all I could make out and ring back on this number. I assumed it was a scam and terminated the call.

Cricklewood Locksmiths have again been out applying their antisocial stickers all over front doors, letterboxes, intercoms and door frames in my neighbourhood.
