Low-life indian man sounded like he was relaxing at home talking to somone he knew when he phones me. Said he was from Sky and I was getting a £202 refund. I told him he was a stupid lying thief. "No I'm not! I'm calling you from Sky to organise a refund!" I told him That I was sorry, that he his a REALLY stupid lying theif! If I had Sky, which I never have, they would already have my details and would have just made a refund if one was due.
