SPAM he keep calling me even tho I blocked him on true caller and WhatsApp. He called me at 5AM UK Time fed up!

After the usual delay, while the auto-dialer connected me to a scammer, I heard a voice with a foreign accent shouting "Phone! Phone!" Then some mumbled words in a foreign language and they hung up. I think they could do with some work on their phone script.
Silent call. They disconnected after I said Hello.

What a guy! One of the nicest polite trustworthy human beings ever to walk on this planet. I had money stolen due to an internet scam . he phoned me and said if i paid him ?500 he would track down the people who done it and get me my money back all ?2,500 of it. I have paid this fee in2 a bank account in Lagos Nigeria and as a sign of good faith , he asked me for my bank account number, sort code and pin number, which i have provided to him .
