Received a couple of clear scam calls this morning with a text to speak generated recorded message saying it was HMRC and that legal action was being taken against me and to press 1 immediately to speak to my case officer. This disgusting fraud will clearly upset the elderly, unwell etc. so I tried to report it via actionfraud.police.uk - what a useless website that is. Virtually impossible to find any applicable options and after 1 1/2 hours of putting in garbage just to get to a page where I could ju
