SCAM. Legit No. Obviously spoofed and being used by a bank scammer. Call opens with the 'Your account has been debited £X thousand' gambit. THE LEGITIMATE OWNER OF THE PHONE NUMBER IS NOT INVOLVED IN SCAMMING.

Claimed was phoning from company who have taken over tel no blocking system I told them to confirm in writing did not give any details to them
SCAM. Female with Liverpudlian accent claimed to be calling about council repairs, hung up when asked for company name.
I stay in the West Coast of Scotland. Got a call from this Portsmouth number??? Apparently its a hair salon??? Hung up when I answered. It is either a genuine wrong number mis dial on thier part or their phone number has been hacked.
Once I picked up, call ended.

Indian voice claiming to be from BT offering to fix my slow internet for free. I played him a along for a while. He then rang off when I asked him if he was going to install Teamviewer and empty my bank account. Dangerous scam. Beware.
A phishing scam claiming to be from Amazon about Amazon Prime subscription. Amazon confirmed it was not them
Recorded voice telling me “A £900 transaction is about to be made on your visa debit card - to stop this press 1!” Scummy Scammers - reported to Action Fraud Police.
