Call center claiming to be BT Open Reach contacting me because saying I have an insecure connectionn and slow download speeds. They could not tell me my name or customer account number so I believe itnis fraudulent and hung up.

Although they described themselves as in Hereford (my home city) they re actually located at: Blithfield Park Farm Business Units, Off Lea Lane, Admaston, Rugeley, Staffordshire, WS15 3NL Judging by the background hubbub, the call centre is further away than that.
